Welcome to Wayfinder Advisors! I'm excited to showcase a glimpse of my journey and the passion that drives me.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I've honed my skills through a dynamic career path, starting with a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and furthering my education with an MBA and MS from Northwestern University. Over 20 years, I've immersed myself in the realms of consulting, executive sales, relationship management, and go to market strategy gaining invaluable experience and insights.

However, I realized that traditional corporate roles couldn't contain my ambition to make a meaningful impact which led me to pursue a new path. With the help of professional coaching, I made the decision to become a life coach and career advisor myself, founding Wayfinder Advisors in 2012 with a clear mission: to liberate individuals from uninspired careers, self-doubt, and burnout and guide them toward purpose and fulfillment.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I proudly served as an elected official from 2019 to 2023, working toward more transparency and humanity in government, leadership and community service.

My purpose is unwavering: to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and become the architects of their own success. It's an honor to collaborate with ambitious, forward-thinking professionals like yourself, eager to embrace growth and transformation.

I am a Certified Life Coach with a lifelong passion for helping people get clear about what matters most.

Before becoming a coach, I was the manager of the Obstetrical Clinic at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.  I also pursued my passion as a wedding photographer and was recommended in the Washingtonian Magazine 17 years in a row.  Though my careers may seem somewhat unrelated, they have a very common thread — each has allowed me to help people get clear when fear and confusion cloud their ability to see what they truly want.

To quote Deepak Chopra, “Today I will factor in uncertainty as an essential ingredient of my experience. In my willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge. Through the wisdom of uncertainty, I will find my security.”
